Healed & Whole Meditation

This meditation is designed to facilitate healing from past trauma and burdens, bringing any of the pieces of your being back together, making you whole again! As we move through our lives, we most often place our energy signature on many people, places, things and events. These can be connections that create leaks in our personal power and energy. We deserve to retrieve  all of the pieces to us to revitalize our life force. As we call each of these energetic cords back to us, we feel a resurgence of well-being, wholeness, confidence and a sense of being on purpose… This is what we can accomplish through immersing ourselves in this meditation.
